PHP / MySQL Senior Developer
Integra Strategic is looking for a Senior Web developer to lead its development team in the architecture and development of client Web sites. The successful candidate must possess significant experience in PHP and MySQL development and must be fluent in hand-coded HTML and CSS.
Required Skills
- At least 5 years of experience developing with PHP and MySQL
- Drupal experience a strong plus
- Expertise with all aspects of a LAMP (Linux, Apache, MySQL, PHP) environment
- Experience with architecture and scaling of Web sites
- Strong leadership and mentoring skills
- Experience with PHP framework
- Working knowledge of Javascript, AJAX, jQuery and other front-end technologies
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical requirements
- Ability to collaborate with business teams
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
Responsibilities:
- Lead the development of all Web projects, from architecture guidance to hands-on coding.
- Effectively delegate tasks and projects to the members of the Web Development Team
- Architect and develop web-based application systems across many sites and brands
- Implement scalable systems that meet business requirements
- Participate in design of new products
- Coordinate with outside vendors
- Mentor junior developers
- Enforce standards and review code as necessary
- Steering of Web development projects
